Aside from long wait times, I have not had an issue with customer service when I walk into the bank. The reason I'm giving a low rating is due to their ATM/ITM machines. These machines have been anything but convenient to it's customers. They are constantly down, being worked on, or misleading customers with their lighted signs. This has caused long lines and wait times to withdraw money. The bank is great. I’ve been doing business with them for several years at other branches. I haven’t found a bad one yet. But, whoever they hire to design their parking lots needs to be fired. This one is no exception. It looks like a barrier between areas, but, it isn’t. If you’re not careful you could easily hit someone, or they could hit you. The light pole is right where you’ll hit it when opening your door. Make it simple people. It’s just a parking lot, not a nature trail.
Absolutely worst after hours service ever. They are unable to assist with any matter regarding my personal information being comprised. Filing a report with the Better business bureau. Completely unacceptable.

I had the most pleasant experience while I visited this location. Upon arrival I was greeted with a smile. I then spoke with a young lady by the name of Kimberly Uresti, who was very attentive to my needs she was able to guide and offer me different options that fit my needs. Ms Uresti, also offered me several addon options that was to my benefit. I love doing buisness with Rally always taking care of thier customers. Thank you for your help and advise. I will always return to do buisness at this location.
