I had the most pleasant experience while I visited this location. Upon arrival I was greeted with a smile. I then spoke with a young lady by the name of Kimberly Uresti, who was very attentive to my needs she was able to guide and offer me different options that fit my needs. Ms Uresti, also offered me several addon options that was to my benefit. I love doing buisness with Rally always taking care of thier customers. Thank you for your help and advise. I will always return to do buisness at this location.

Do you have any idea what “Customer Service” means as a whole. It’s the provision of service to customers before, during, and after a purchase. This makes it an important part of the value chain of clients / customers. like valuing customers' time, having a pleasant attitude, and providing knowledgeable and resourceful resources, but that you also take things a step further to exceed — rather than just meet — expectations. You can do better I believe in you.
The new machines they have to basically replace the bank tellers suck. I couldn't take money out because the screen wasn't working and when I requested to speak with a representative a person from another city probably not even from valley answered video and then she put me on hold. I left because it's ridiculous how.much hard they make it just to withdraw money from your own account
It may not be branch reps answering phone but I'm making sure I'm heard! I have 2 car loans with y'all trying to pay for 1 over phone because I'm missing online login info. After 25min. On hold someone answered waited a few minutes then hung up me!!!! Not the 1st time this has happened to me. Get new employees! I'm now on phone again 30min.!
