Great customer service from Mirella Perez Pharr Branch Manager! I appreciate her patience assisting me with the savings account for used vehicle and resetting the information in the system! Very attentive to the customer from the moment I walked in the office! I inquired about the skip a payment option and Mirella Perez informed me of the process and timeframe of the said changes! Applied to refinance auto loan. Call me once while in meeting with a customer. Never call me again. Called extension but lady was unavailable. Thanks a lot Rally. Took a hit in my credit score. Hope I can get a hold of someone soon
