Great customer service from Mirella Perez Pharr Branch Manager! I appreciate her patience assisting me with the savings account for used vehicle and resetting the information in the system! Very attentive to the customer from the moment I walked in the office! I inquired about the skip a payment option and Mirella Perez informed me of the process and timeframe of the said changes! This is the worst bank I've ever done business with. I moved my personal & business accounts from Wells Fargo to Rally AND I SINCERELY REGRET IT. It has been one negative thing after another. There's too many things to write in comment section. But the most frustrating was the fact that couldn't even transfer my own money to my employees. There's a limit of how much you send.
