This is the worst bank I've ever done business with. I moved my personal & business accounts from Wells Fargo to Rally AND I SINCERELY REGRET IT. It has been one negative thing after another. There's too many things to write in comment section. But the most frustrating was the fact that couldn't even transfer my own money to my employees. There's a limit of how much you send. It would be nice if the employees would actually assist their customers rather than talking amongst themselves and surfing the internet
Great customer service with managers and attendants who literally try to help the customers as much as possible. I had an issue with a check I wasn’t able to cash and the gentleman (Abel) who helped me and went out of his way to help me (Mrs. Villarreal). Thank you Rally for having such attentive workers.
I came into the office after being a member for a year, looking to improve my relationship with the Credit Union and set myself up for bigger loans in the future. Lisa JO Coronado really came through for me - not only did she help me consolidate my credit cards, but she also got our recreational vehicle refinanced and approved within the same weekend. I'm grateful to Lisa for guiding me in the right direction and helping to secure our future business.
