Great customer service from Mirella Perez Pharr Branch Manager! I appreciate her patience assisting me with the savings account for used vehicle and resetting the information in the system! This is the worst bank I've ever done business with. I moved my personal & business accounts from Wells Fargo to Rally AND I SINCERELY REGRET IT. It has been one negative thing after another. There's too many things to write in comment section. But the most frustrating was the fact that couldn't even transfer my own money to my employees. There's a limit of how much you send. Ms. Alejandra was wonderful and very informative for my first time joining a credit union. Patient but clearly well versed in the ins and outs of getting everything up and running, unexpected but much appreciated taking I had arrived minutes before closing time.
