Great customer service with Juan Mireles! Came to Rally CU after trying to get a loan at another Credit Union and what a huge difference. Juan was very informative, knowledgeable, and patient with all our questions. Made the process very smooth.
I don't bank with Rally but my property management client does. So I deposit his rents to his business account. First time I deposited for him I showed the account number and they still deposited to the wrong account. So today I went to a different location and I asked the teller if it was deposited to the right account explaining why I asked and she ROLLED HER EYES and gave me an attitude. If the bank is going to flag a check being deposited as fraudulent call the endorser of the check first the verified it first. So humiliated. Not first time being deposited that amount. There were gonna be larger amounts your loss Rally other place is Gonna be getting our business
This is my 2nd encounter coming to rally and both times have been great but this most recent experience has been beyond amazing. I highly recommend asking for Cynthia Espinoza. She took time out of her day to thoroughly explain to me the process of obtaining a loan and genuinely left me leaving with a huge burden off my shoulders. She is doing the lords work here and deserves immense praise and recognition. So thankful I ended up being assigned to her for this smooth transaction.
Laura E was my loan officer and was amazing!!! I got approved the same day with an amazing rate. Very professional and got me approved without a headache and a bunch of back and forth. I was hesitant to apply because I’ve had poor experiences with other banks even with great credit, but this is a great introduction to this bank. Hoping to get my auto loan next.
