Great customer service with Juan Mireles! Came to Rally CU after trying to get a loan at another Credit Union and what a huge difference. Juan was very informative, knowledgeable, and patient with all our questions. Made the process very smooth.
This is my 2nd encounter coming to rally and both times have been great but this most recent experience has been beyond amazing. I highly recommend asking for Cynthia Espinoza. She took time out of her day to thoroughly explain to me the process of obtaining a loan and genuinely left me leaving with a huge burden off my shoulders. She is doing the lords work here and deserves immense praise and recognition. So thankful I ended up being assigned to her for this smooth transaction.
