This is my 2nd encounter coming to rally and both times have been great but this most recent experience has been beyond amazing. I highly recommend asking for Cynthia Espinoza. She took time out of her day to thoroughly explain to me the process of obtaining a loan and genuinely left me leaving with a huge burden off my shoulders. She is doing the lords work here and deserves immense praise and recognition. So thankful I ended up being assigned to her for this smooth transaction.

Laura E was my loan officer and was amazing!!! I got approved the same day with an amazing rate. Very professional and got me approved without a headache and a bunch of back and forth. I was hesitant to apply because I’ve had poor experiences with other banks even with great credit, but this is a great introduction to this bank. Hoping to get my auto loan next. If you research, these interest rates are superior to any other big banks. Super happy customer

Absolutely the worst banking experience I’ve ever had. I called to notify the bank that I was working out of town, yet they still allowed suspicious transactions to go through in McAllen while I was in Louisiana. I clearly stated that I hadn’t authorized any of those charges and was deeply concerned that someone had gained access to my account or debit card. What can I say? The Loan department didn't approve the loan I asked for and the counter offer was half of what I wanted. Still, Kasandra Balderas was the best part of the whole interaction. After originally declining the offer, I changed my mind while driving home and was still able to close the deal with her via email before I stepped foot into my house. Kasandra was courteous and professional and went out of her way to help me as best as she could. I'm very grateful for having her during that whole loan process.

I got to speak with Susana Fuenlabrada (very unique name by the way) and she provided excellent customer service by answering all my questions and guiding me through the process. Highly recommend talking to Susana for all your needs.
