Daniela, Lisa, and Cris were so helpful explaining how I could withdraw and even helped me set up an account for further ease of access to my funds. I've been struggling to find a fee free ATM and now I've got the perfect way to make withdrawing funds that much easier. Thank you to Rally, and thank you to the ladies who helped me :)
Do not recommend. I got this bank via a lien on my car and they’ve been difficult since I obtained it. The reps don’t know anything, they give you different info, the bank doesn’t make it easy to pay accounts online and even in person, it’s a nightmare. They never send me mail even though I’ve told them and they’ve “fixed” it multiple times. I wanted to open an IRA with them but that’s never going To happen. Horrible!
This is a Corpus Cristi bank and offers a much higher interest rate on all accounts. (a 3.2% dividend on checking accounts). The bank is fairly new and previously was known as The Navy Army Bank for some reason. Expect great services and a professional staff. And you recommend a new client you get $50!
