I absolutely love Rally Credit Union and the Rally banking app. After banking with Chase, Wells Fargo, and Bank of America, I can honestly say Rally has been the most helpful and user-friendly experience for me. Better and friendly staff. The interest rates are superior than regular banks. The One of my favorite features is the spending graph and how the app automatically categorizes my expenses. Got hung up while trying to get my money back after canceling my account with them. Plus they can’t even find my account nor my income. Like there systems aren’t advanced or something
Awful wait for a member service representative! Avoid the branch at all costs its new but grossly understaffed.
