Awesome staff. Very clean environment. A lil sad I did t wait a bit longer in line... as they had some jams playing and found myself doing a slight jig. Maybe the music or the cashing of a check. Have a great day everyone ;)

The staff at this branch on Nolana and 10th St. in McAllen, TX is super friendly and very helpful. I was just helped out by Janie... She's awesome!!! You can tell she loves what she does. As she was helping me, she was singing to the music that was on. When someone sings, you can tell that they are happy and that put me in a super good mood! She was very fast and accurate. I am writing to express my extreme dissatisfaction with my recent experience while applying for a loan with your institution. On April 4th, I applied for a loan and was contacted by Erika I. Cullera, ext1665 who confirmed receipt of my application. On April 11th, Ms. Cullera called again to inform me that a response had been received, and when I requested a counteroffer, she stated she would get back to me. Poor, slow customer service. One person at the counter. Other employees casually strolling in and still have to wait for service. Feels like being at the drs office waiting to be seen. Where is management?
