We purchased our place here just over 3 years ago. This group has been the best propane outfit I've ever dealt with. No matter what part of the country I'm traveling in, if I call our propane driver, by the time I get home the service is completed and bill is ready. I don't have to worry about my gates being left open. Jeff makes the entire process a breeze.
I ordered only $300 worth of propane and they put in 300 lb and now want me to pay for it all. I'm not sure of these people can be trusted you need to be home when they fill the propane tank. The people that's got the five star on here are probably Friends of the people that work there
They didn't give me the amount of propane I asked for they filled my tank and are charging me the full amount. Also you can't get one of the other local companies to answer questions even though they're all owned by the same group. It's kind of a monopoly around here for propane But I'm gonna see about buying my own tank And getting someone I want once a year to fill my tank That won't be affiliated with this group. Use at your own risk
First 3 yes ago I ordered $200 worth propane. Only my stove uses it. I asked for 200 dollars of propane and they put in 200 gallons and started billing me for the remainder and adding interest, update picked up tank. There invoices didn't brake down or explain charges. My place uses very little propane. When they picked up tank they said 400 gallons minimum a year and tank rent.
