Established in 2004. After working for a large national franchise, I felt there were things that could be done better but were not allowed by the existing corporate structure. I decided the best thing was to put my theories to the test and start my own company. RAM turned out to be a terrific find. Especially valuable contributions came from manager Zack Nolan and technicians Caesar, Ray and Doug. Zack led the way with down-to-earth estimates that kept me feeling like RAM was prepared for the homeowner with a sewer backup. Then Caesar began the cleanup from the overflow back into our basement.
