We had water damage due to heavy rain, the impact at our kitchen, dining room and downstairs living room. Communication with RAM from the Start was top notch. Responsive, quick, clear and constantly available. Was communicated to prior to during and after remediation efforts on each day. Worked directly with our insurance. AJ came out to check out a potential mold issue. He and his company were responsive and showed up quickly to assess, with great communication along the way. He thoroughly inspected the area and confirmed it was not a mold issue. He and his company are honest and full of integrity. Like so many people who suffered damage from the storms of March 10, 2026, after being ignored with an appointment with ServPro, I contacted RAM Restoration and spoke with AJ who arrived at my home within an hour. The next day, he and his crew arrived to remove water damaged carpeting, padding, wall trim, drywall and insulation, as well as move furniture; and they were quick! They responded quickly even at a busy time, got us in, and the cost for the work came in within the price they originally quoted us. They listened when I shared my hesitation to only have work absolutely needed done. Ed was especially great to work with and talk through things on the job. Only recommendation for anyone going through this the first time around- as for a more itemized quote to begin with to understand the various aspects that will all be charged. Overall a very good experience at a difficult time.
