Purchased some new aftermarket wheels. Had them install. Noticing they scratched 2 of the wheels the service manager made things right and told me he would replace the 2 if they can’t fix. They paid someone to fix however they still had scuff marks around the rim after. I wasn’t happy with the “fix”. Manager said he would buy me 2 new ones to replace. (Happy customer ending) Nope. Jonathon sheetz, Chris Ganoe and the service guy who sits in the middle desk who is short and fat with blue eyes is an absolute liar. Bought trailboss 1/26/2024 with bumper having damage done. I also had an empty tank of fuel and it was filthy. Stereo had issues along with steering column. Part for bumper came in they told me to drop it Monday 1/29/2024 and it should be ready same day. Got to my appointment about 20 minutes early and they took me right in. I got a service job and tire rotation. I was out inside of 30 minutes. When I paid, the lady told me to "have a blessed day. " I'll take that kind of service every day of the week!!
Ramey Chevy service department is horrible. They have had my car at least 3 weeks and claim they are just to busy to get to it. Service advisors act so put out whenever I have called to check on it, which I've only called once a week.
