Unkept, horrible mgmnt, what was once a beautiful place to live is now ghetto. Don't rent from investment concepts. Don't be fooled by their lies....repairs don't get done. Never in my life have I been lied too so much by "adults" Take a look for yourself and how many lawsuits they have against them
