I am extremely dissatisfied with the management and maintenance services at this property. There appears to be a lack of accountability, and work orders are frequently left incomplete or unaddressed. When I first moved in, several tenants advised me that getting maintenance requests handled would be a challenge, and unfortunately, that has proven to be true. Called to have my dishwasher fixed at 9:00am, and I received a text by 11:00am!! Actually, the whole maintenance staff ROCKS!!
Unkept, horrible mgmnt, what was once a beautiful place to live is now ghetto. Don't rent from investment concepts. Don't be fooled by their lies....repairs don't get done. Never in my life have I been lied too so much by "adults" Take a look for yourself and how many lawsuits they have against them
All items taken care of on time.
