I have had the privilege and honor to be Lenny’s client ever since I moved to New York City a little over 2 years ago. I sit in Lenny’s Barber Chair approximately once a week. I don’t necessarily need a haircut every 7 days because I have fast growing hair. I go to Glamour Village for eye brow threading, micro blading, facials , manicures and pedicures. Shandaji, the owner offers only excellent services and products. She is an expert at cleaning my nails well and removing in grown toe nails. The micro blading she does is AMAZING!! I would never trust anyone else.She was so careful and they look completely natural…people have commented on how great they look! I’m thrilled. I highly recommend Glamour Village - I honestly would not go anywhere else in this neighborhood. Thank you!
My guy was ok but he barely spoke English so he wasn't able to understand what I wanted, which led me to not getting the haircut that I paid for. How are you supposed to get a proper haircut if you can't be understood by your barber? The guy isn't bad at cutting hair but overall a bad experience and I won't be going back.
The haircut itself was fine, but one of the workers gave me attitude just because I spoke English. He didn’t understand me since I don’t speak Spanish, and it made the experience uncomfortable. Wish the customer service was better.
