Dr. Al Durrah is approachable, caring, patient, knowledgeable and empathetic. Often times my kids have had meltdowns in the office and she was very calm & supportive during the process. She offered kind words of encouragement that are always welcome to a stressed parent and child. My kids love her and so do I.
Dr. Rana has always taken great care of our son.
She has been our kids' doctor for about four years, and aside from a few small things has been pretty good. Had a recent appointment that was carried out via web conference. Call was ended with the her saying she was going to "look into some options" and call us back. During the call she wasn't overly helpful and seemed reluctant to offer anything else, and our daughter's takeaway from the call was that the Dr. was telling her to "suck it up."
