Alan, is an amazing person, he always makes us feel like if we were at family. He always goes above and beyond to make sure we are well taken care of. The food is high quality, large portions, and very tasty. We love coming here, it's like family.
This was our first time visiting Rancho Rustic after work with my family, and the experience was outstanding. The service was excellent from start to finish. Diego, our server, truly went above and beyond to make us feel welcomed and comfortable. His attention to detail and positive attitude made the evening even more enjoyable. We had a wonderful time and will definitely be coming back. Highly recommend!
We had a great experience our waitress Leslie provided a fenomenal service, her and the rest of the staff were so welcoming, great food the cooks know what theyre doing. In general the atmosphere was lovely our waitress Leslie definitely made sure of that, she was kind and had a smile with her everytime the wait wasn't long. I love the deluxe burritos with a nice cold beer and Priscilla is my favorite server I have ever met. Please give her a raise, she deserves it all. So quick with service and always with a smile and good conversation!
Can’t complain. Good food and good service. This is a go to place for Mexican food ( way better than Guadalajara Grill - don’t go there no bueno). Drink and salsa refills without even asking. No attitude from the staff
