Rancho Sierra apartment complex is one of the nicest apartment complexes. I have lived since I’ve moved to Arizona back in 2010. Is tucked away in a pretty safe area off of 32nd St. and Shea in North Phoenix. Every interaction I’ve ever had with the leasing facility has always been pleasant. They are always extremely professional, which gives you peace of mind. I’ve lived here for six years with my daughters and have always felt safe. It’s close to the 51, making it easy to get anywhere, but not close enough for the noise of traffic, The office staff and maintenance crew are all wonderful people, very helpful and prompt when needed. I highly recommend living here if you want an apartment you can make feel like a home.
Rancho Sierra is a large meandering planned community with shade trees and walkways just far enough off the 51 and Shea Blvd, and near local schools and parks. Management is reasonable and effective and understanding of real life situations. If you are looking for a nice accommodation close to restaurants and local schools this is a great place to start. Management was awful, refusing to work tenets, rarely had maintenance on site, pools were always dirty too during summer time. Even if it was this place or homeless, I'd pick homeless because if I picked here in 2 months I'd be in a much worse position then homeless
I have been living here just over 5 years! My daughter lived here for a few years in her own unit. Also my friend lived here. (They didn’t move because of the community) If you’re looking for a VERY safe community, this is definitely it! I sleep with my windows open at night, with no worries. At times my door is unlocked, no worries. Ppl walk thru community at night, no problem. I don’t hear of any bugs in apartments, either.
