Dr. Sternberg is the best. He cares about his patients and follows up on any issue or diagnosis after a visit. Makes referrals and will research an issue if there is a need. Always explains any medications, procedures etc. I refer him to others when asked.
I adore Dr Sternberg. He’s patient and kind. Can be sympathetic when needed and assertive when necessary. If he doesn’t have the answers, he does his research to find them. Truly cares about his patients. Highly recommended him. Ps I love Heather to!
In my opinion, Dr. Sternberg is a brilliant man! I have been plagued with health problems (too many to list) that other doctors brushed off as anxiety or ignored completely. Dr. Sternberg has honestly been my guardian angel in disguise. Regardless of how frustrated I was or how crazy I sounded describing my symptoms, Dr. Sternberg listened and he was able to pin point exactly what I needed. I ALWAYS recommend him to family and friends!
We wouldn’t recommend him
I was diagnosed with Covid19 and pneumonia. I never once received a call from Dr. Sternberg, I left messages and received nothing. I was harassed through out my battle by his office staff. It was unprofessional, unacceptable and he and his staff should be reprimanded for their misconduct
I had been a patient of Dr Sternberg's for 20 years, but a new billing woman, is enforcing a $75.00 copay although my insurance BC/BS PPO does not require a copay. When I showed up for a recent appointment, although I was not told of this policy, I was asked three times for a $75.00 copay. I responded that I didn't have the money in my checking account at that time and could I please be billed.
