Dr. Klein performed implant surgery with a sinus lift. I was quite apprehensive about having the procedure done, especially getting novocaine, as I had horrible experiences as a child. Thankfully, Dr. Klein was quite good and the pinch from the needle wasn't bad. Dr Klein was excellent. He extracted a large upper molar, and I had no pain or swelling at all. He also did two implants and I felt absolutely no pain what so ever. The best oral surgeon I ever had! *****
