Randy and his team were awesome compared to are last lender we had when we bought are first home. He kept us up to date on everything that was going on and sent helpful videos to tell us where we were at and what to expect. Which are last lender did none of that. Randy and his team were always pleasant to deal with on the phone, email and through the online app. He was quick to respond to question or concerns I had.
All the agents were extremely helpful and led us in the direction we needed to go even after to failed contracts.
