Excellent job on the part of Michelle, very informative and communicated the process of refinancing our home mortgage. All pertinent questions regarding the whole process were answered and explained. When I was first contacted by Rapid Mortgage Co by cold call, I thought great if I give them the okay to go ahead with my info that I would be contacted by several mortgage companies wanting to get my business, but they assured me that would not happen.
