Josh at Rapid Water Heater replaced the anode rods in two water heaters for me, one gas and one electric, at separate properties. He was prompt, efficient, and careful, and completed both jobs cleanly and professionally. He took the time to show me the condition of the old rods afterward. One was almost completely depleted, and the other was significantly worn, confirming that the maintenance was needed. Communication was straightforward, the work was done well, and I would use him again for water-heater service.
