My experience was great. Very welcoming and attentive. I was greeted by Sonia at front desk, very polite and helpful, I was able to get in and treat quickly, my nurse was Al, who was very knowledgeable. Overall I was treated with great care here and they are not lying when they said RAPID!

I cannot say enough good things about my experience. From the moment I arrived, the receptionist was incredibly attentive and compassionate. The check-in process was quick and efficient, and the waiting area was clean and comfortable. The nurses and doctor made us feel like a priority. They took the time to listen to our concerns, explain the procedures, and answer all our questions thoroughly. Rapid care Emergency room was fabulous! They had me in and out so quickly! The facility is spotless. Everyone was so nice and helpful. They addressed all my concerns and were so caring. Definitely would recommend them to everyone.

I went in today and the doctors and nurses treated me soooo well. They made me feel comfortable and Jerry was the best!! I couldn’t remember the other two names but all three took care of me. He made light of my situation and I’m so glad he was there because I probably would have been crying. I will go here from now on. All the staff were lovely and nice. I would for sure refer this place to anyone.:)

The professionals here are awesome. They were so nice and caring for to my very scared son. I appreciate them for everything they did. The front desk receptionist was so warm and welcoming. He was attentive to us and offered us water. The nurses and doctor was patient with my 9 year old son who was extremely scared.
