I cannot say enough good things about my experience. From the moment I arrived, the receptionist was incredibly attentive and compassionate. I had such an amazing experience, eveyone was very sweet. The front desk representative was so kind and sweet, price was also explained to us in detail for self pay it wasn’t too bad. Our nurse Jerry was outstanding his professionalism was awesome supper funny made me and finance comfortable. Patient care was top tier. Would definitely recommend!
I went to memorial emergency room first and it was packed, I remembered that we have emergency in the neighborhood and decided to give it a try. I didn’t regret a minute! They have everything here, lab, ct, xray u name it. Yes results do take time but wait time is minimal and care is exceptional. They billed insurance and I am so glad I came here with my pain in abdomen (pancreatitis) .
I had a very pleasant experience at Rapid Care emergency room. When I walked in the receptionist stood up and greeted me. I was called to the back where everyone was friendly and knowledgeable. Thanks everyone!! Oh I can't leave out how clean the place was from front to back. That's something that I pay attention to everywhere I go, because if it's nasty and unsanitary you can't treat me. I will walk out and go elsewhere if I can help it. Big Plus 100+
Everybody was super super nice and friendly. They got us in and out took care of us and it was a really nice and clean establishment.
