Couldn't get in to see my regular PCP this morning for an inner ear issue. Was seen right away - didn't even have time to finish my paperwork. Both RN Vanessa & Dr Rokyta treated me with respect & professionalism. I was in & out 30 minutes! Thank you for taking care of me so quickly - already feeling better.
This Urgent Care is the best I've been to in San Antonio. As soon is I walked in the receptionist greeted and assisted me immediately. She showed care and concern. Then the nurse came and got me and she was so nice, very professional and showed concern for my well being right away. Dr. Maxime Zinsou was in there right away checking on me and letting me know they were going to take care of me. He was very professional and showed concern. He and his team are amazing. I really have to be sick to go anywhere and I’m so glad I came here! All staff were so kind, educated and professional. They made me “new” again after caring for me. Stephanie was such a light & im grateful for her walking me through the whole process. I would recommend this clinic 50000000X
All the staff were awesome! The lady at the front desk, the doctor and everyone else who saw us were very nice. The doctor made me feel validated in what was going on. The entire experience took only an hour, from waiting to getting checked out to leaving. So I will definitely be back if necessary (but hopefully I won't need to be!) Thank you everyone at RapidCare!
This facility was great! The staff was friendly and welcoming. The facility was very clean and not busy at all. Prompt assistance with X-rays , blood work etc. The doctor was very friendly and informative. The nurses were very friendly as well. I would definitely recommend their services. You will not be disappointed.
