I had an excellent experience at Neighbors Emergency Center in Porter. From the moment I walked in, the staff was welcoming, compassionate, and professional. The nurses and doctor took the time to listen to my concerns, explained everything clearly, and made sure I felt comfortable throughout my visit. The facility was very clean, and I was seen quickly without a long wait. I truly appreciated the kindness, respect, and high level of care I received. Rapid is such a great brand. They have taken care of my family at several of their locations. They are very passionate in what they do and really do whats best for each patient that walks in their door seeking care. Kingwood and the Porter area is getting a good partner in the community! They are the best ER around!
