I had an excellent experience at this emergency room. The staff was incredibly kind, professional, and efficient. I was seen quickly, treated with genuine care, and kept informed every step of the way. In a stressful situation, they made me feel safe and supported. Highly recommend this ER for anyone in need of urgent care!
The nurses and doctor were friendly and good at listening. They offered relevant options for testing and treatment. Dr Quinn was knowledgeable and helpful in explaining the best course to take. I highly recommend them.
Took my daughter here for an x-ray for a possible broken finger. Best ER on in town. Extremely fast and efficient service. Nurse Elizabeth was so nice and made my daughter and I feel so comfortable. Dr. Jordan was so kind and knowledgeable. My daughter is extremely afraid of needles and because of his patience and soft touch he was able to keep her calm. They y'all for everything! I have already recommended this place to my coworkers friends and family.
We went last night here for the very first time because my son had chest pain and he’s got a fever of 103 and I must say this is the friendliest, fastest service and caring/amazing doctors,nurses, staff and just everyone is friendly and you know that your love ones is in good hands. We love this location so much. They provide quick and efficient care, with a very warm and welcoming staff. We have a family member who has a chronic condition so we have to come in often. We get the same awesome treatment every time. Our nurse, Cynthia is THE BEST!
