Raquel was excellent taking care of me today. She took time to listen to my concerns and the reason why I came into urgent care. She’s very comfortable to talk to which is important when you are seeking medical advice and treatment. Raquel was compassionate and understanding . I felt confident when I left urgent care that I had a good plan in place. Highly recommend Raquel.

I didn’t have to wait more than 1 minute in the waiting room. Check in was quick and easy. Raquel was very attentive! She answered all of my questions and I never felt rushed at all like I used to at Aurora.
