Loved living at Rasa! We lived here for four years, 2020-2024. Great amenities (on-site gym, rooftop deck, work space, party room, en suite washer dryer, dishwasher... basically everything I could ever want!), but much more importantly, really nice light-filled apartment, with great views. Really convenient, comfortable, modern living. Management was very responsive.

I’ve lived in Rasa for 4.5 months now and am very happy. We love living here in our 2bd 2bath. I want to share a realistic and honest review. Management: (5/5) The team is clearly working hard to improve Rasa. They are incredibly friendly, responsive, and helpful. Cary and Isaac have been incredibly helpful as we settled into our apartment and have been so friendly. I moved into Rasa a year ago from Atlanta. I didn’t know anything about the Bay Area & wanted to find somewhere downtown for convenience. Everyone in the leasing office was extremely nice & made me feel comfortable. Alexandria got me approved very quickly to move in which made the transition for me very smooth. I didn’t have a car, so staying here was easy for me to get to work since BART is only a few minutes away. There are tons of restaurants/bars & grocery stores nearby. My experience at Rasa was excellent. The building offers a great array of amenities. The management team is highly responsive and was instrumental in ensuring a truly positive living experience. A special shoutout to Alexandria and Cary – they were very helpful during my stay here. I would definitely recommend renting here.
