The billing department is incompetent & rude. They billed me for my son’s bill and when I explained it should be billed to him and they do not have my signature approving billing me she hung up on me. I called back to ask the woman if it is required to get my signature before billing she hung up me twice. I called back a third time and she told me “you are obviously a very unhappy person”. The surgery was uneventful, and recovery (while a bit uncomfortable) has been overall pretty easy. Everyone was really nice, and they tried to make me feel calm.
Great experience all around. Everyone from the staff to the doctors were friendly, professional and made me feel comfortable.
Every bit of our experience was amazing. Dr. Lisa Tran went above and beyond making us feel comfortable with the procedure for my 4 year old. She answered all questions with patience and understanding of our lack of medical experience which was very refreshing. She made time to connect with my daughter. I was already happy with the service and to top things off after the procedure was done Dr. Tran CALLED ME at 8pm to check in on how my baby was doing!
