If yall are looking for a good deal go see Miss Kelly & Miss Cheryl. They gave me an amazing deal on my new kitchen table. Very helpful and knowledgeable and very welcoming. I will definitely go back to them for my furniture.
Selection was limited. They are having a closeout sale. Prices are about 50% off they say. Sooo, it's a pretty expensive store. Their half off is regular price everywhere else. Like cowhide rugs are $300 to $500. The people are nice but merchandise,not so much. If you are bent on rustic /southwestern accessories, go to the one in Lampassas Texas. That store is clean,neat,well organized. It's like getting list in a daydream so make sure you have a little time to spare. This store needs to go there and take notes.
By far the most mis managed store in Granbury. Operated by incompetent staff. Over charged had to get refunded, delivered the wrong furniture and said "sorry what you purchased was out of stock" never bothered to ask if we wanted the junk they brought as a replacement. Never ever go here
Beautiful high quality furniture and a kind and helpful staff! They helped my mom, who was trying to find a very specific item, by going through the entire store and by looking through their catalogues to find it. Despite not having it at the time, they provided my mom with resources to find it and encouraged her to return as they get new stuff in. Will absolutely be going back when I need furniture!
Terrible customer service would not recommend to anyone! You spend so much money to not get what you paid for that is made to only fall apart in a matter of no time. We will never spend another dime in this store! No! I don't want a refund I want what I paid for and No we didn't get an upgraded bed as you were trying to have my husband take a different bed after waiting 2 hours to find the bed we paid for!
