Honestly, I was very pleasantly surprised at this interaction. The previous management was horrible to work with, and I have been trying for months to get a unit transferred to my name from someone else in my family. Today, though, the process was easy and without stress. Nicole Go was who helped me, and he was very pleasant to work with. He answered all of my questions, and made this process really easy. Cherryl was amazing and helped me out in a very stressful time of my life. I appreciate her so much. She should get a raise. While waiting she even talked to me about struggles in my life and encouraged me to stay strong and positive. She was extremely helpful and kind.
