Honestly, I was very pleasantly surprised at this interaction. The previous management was horrible to work with, and I have been trying for months to get a unit transferred to my name from someone else in my family. Today, though, the process was easy and without stress. Nicole Go was who helped me, and he was very pleasant to work with. He answered all of my questions, and made this process really easy. Pretty nice place, although the location is a bit weird and could be a little more spacious for trucks/trailers. Moving out was super easy. Aron did a great job moving me out!
