I’m giving them 5 stars because of how easy it was to set up. Rain really helped me find a place on a Sunday. Thank you! I really hope this is a good experience. I am leaving for the military and really need a reliable place for a year. So far so good!
I have been very happy with both the customer service and unit selection at RCMS. Our daughter attends Mississippi College during the year, so we needed a storage unit while she is home in California during the summers. We find the smallest unit available, the 5x10, works well for all her stuff. This is our second year of renting during the summers, and both times Irene helped me set up our account.
