Once the appraisal was done, I understand that we couldn’t pay off several of the lenders, due to a much lower appraisal than expected, which I had warned him of,… I knew my house was only worth about what it was appraised for . So, in the next step,we agreed to pay off two loans, my mortgage and one lender . very disappointed they couldn’t tell us our loan got denied and make us pay for the appraisal that didn’t happened i hope they give me my money back.
I'd leave a ZERO-star review, if I could. Stay clear of this 'mortgage rep'! Total fraud, poser, scam artist... A misleading and misrepresenting agent, at best! Do NOT do anything out of pocket with this man!!!! With his assurance I'd qualify... I ordered my ($800.00) appraisal - only to be phished for 'co-signer' information x's 2 and ultimately GHOSTED!!!!! AGAIN, A TOTAL FRAUD, POSER and SCAM ARTIST! P.S. The appraiser was delightful.
