We found this store while researching beds online and wanted to look further into the Bed In A Box brand. Having purchased a bed from a big box store and not being happy about it 2 years later. We did not want to make that mistake again! We wanted a bed we would be happy with for years to come and also wanted to try out an adjustable bed frame. This store had BOTH! Great place. We were looking for an inexpensive, but good quality mattress for a guest room for my elderly, arthritic mother. Called ahead and was immediately helped. As soon as we showed up, several models were ready for us to try. We stayed within out budget and even received assistance wrapping and loading. Very happy.
Less than half the price compared to other mattress stores we looked at, with the same quality mattresses. Was helped by a super nice gentleman that explained different options but also gave us our space to look. Purchased a new queen pillowtop mattress set that we were able to bring home the same day for just over $600 - we love it!
Bought 2 mattresses here and both times the salesperson was very helpful and professional. I really like the negative review written by a "college educated person" and the review of the lady that bought the floor model that was dirty, which if that was the case you can clearly see which models are on the floor and which aren't and even then I really haven't seen that any of them are "dirty" or "bug infested". I got a great mattress for a great price. We've searched around for the last few months and couldn't find anything reasonable except for here. The two gentle men that helped us today were very sweet and personable. Like others said, don't let the warehouse appearance fool you. There's a wide selcetion!
