Working with Rosamna was educational, fast, and dare I say fun?!I have been on this journey since 2020 with another realtor. Ms. Pena was the consummate professional. She was able to help me sell my home for $35,000 over the asking price. Since this was my first time selling a home, she kept me informed every step of the way. Explaining all of the details so I could understand, as well as, helping me to advocate with my lawyer to have the buyer waive appraisal and inspection. Rosamna was very professional, knowledgeable, and always made herself available via text or phone whenever needed for a quick communication (or longer), and there were many. She kept us abreast of every aspect of the sale. Our home was sold without having an open house.
