It’s like a bad relationship that you just want to end . We arrived at our rental house ( haven’t even moved in yet) to find the carpets to be filthy / unsanitary with dirt, dog hair and fleas. Due to their negligence of properly cleaning the rental before our move in date, Remax /southern properties left us homeless until the matter was resolved . Yikes, I had a warm welcoming from realtor Angela. Once my application was transferred to Emily Williams-McGuire it was down hill. She was very impatient. We are a military family. It really sucks that she required additional things than stated on their website for a home that isn’t even available for another month. We were the first application, they sweet talked us into paying the $50 application fee after KNOWING the military situation we were in.
