I had an inside ant problem in the kitchen. Mr. Mark Jones arrived and helped us out. He was very professional and obviously cares about his work, our pets safety, and the impact he makes on his customers. He is very personable and shares in what he is doing. Mark Jones is professional and efficient. I mentioned that I had seen a mouse and Mark searched for possible entry points. He even cleaned mouse droppings from below my dishwasher. He treated my kitchen and then worked the exterior of my house.

I've owned my home for 10 years, but this was the first time needing a professional service to take care of pests. My daughter who lives in the home now said that Mark was extremely thorough and very knowledgeable. I would recommend using them. Easy to setup the account, responsive, and answered the phone call! Other companies I called put me on HOLD for several minutes & I never spoke to a liver person.
