Ready To Move LLC, did an outstanding job from start to finish. They arrived on time and completed my 90-mile move with skill, care, and precision with no surprise added fees. As we all attest, moving can be an unpleasant experience. Not the case here. I would use them again any day!!! Excellent job!!
Our experience with The Ready to Move LLC moving company was absolutely outstanding. We have used them every year for last 4 years for our business. And they are always ready on short notice as well. These guys were great! Very friendly and professional without any time wasting. I'll use them again.
I am extremely pleased with this company. The two movers were early and ready to work. They took great care of my furniture and completed the move in a timely manner. They worked hard and never complained despite the extreme heat that day. Would recommend this company to anyone moving.
Our experience was not good. Initially owner was very responsive and quote was reasonable. Day of move, workers showed up in slides and flip flops not prepared to move heavy furniture. They also did not complete the job in the timeframe agreed to. Majority of furniture was not wrapped and there were broken pieces and scratches. Our ceiling was also scratched and punctured down to dry wall. When trying to contact owner about repairs he was unresponsive for days and weeks at a time. I sent a moving inquiry on Memorial Day to move a baby grand piano. I received a response by the next morning. I was able to set up a pickup day and time very quickly which worked perfectly given the tight time schedule. Mr. Byrd, Ron, and Quint, all worked very strategically and efficiently, while being very meticulous with everything. Truly A+ service, care, and professionalism from start to finish.
