I’m writing this review on behalf of my sister, Mary Vaughn, who is 80 years of age and lives in the Lullwater at Bass apartment complex. On September 10, 2025 Mary contracted with RTM to move her belongings from a one bedroom apartment to a two bedroom apartment in the same complex. Our experience with The Ready to Move LLC moving company was absolutely outstanding. We have used them every year for last 4 years for our business. And they are always ready on short notice as well. These guys were great! Very friendly and professional without any time wasting. I'll use them again.
I am extremely pleased with this company. The two movers were early and ready to work. They took great care of my furniture and completed the move in a timely manner. They worked hard and never complained despite the extreme heat that day. Would recommend this company to anyone moving.
Our experience was not good. Initially owner was very responsive and quote was reasonable. Day of move, workers showed up in slides and flip flops not prepared to move heavy furniture. They also did not complete the job in the timeframe agreed to. Majority of furniture was not wrapped and there were broken pieces and scratches. Our ceiling was also scratched and punctured down to dry wall. When trying to contact owner about repairs he was unresponsive for days and weeks at a time.
