my 3-4 years staying at one of there units was just pure trash. They do not care for the property, my cars were stuck every winter for days on end due to them not plowing. I had them come in to do inspections I pointed out things that were needing fixed they said they would take care of it and just never did. The lawns were always over grown in the summer being community lawns because it took forever to get anyone to mow it. They leave threats of eviction over your kids bikes being outside in the summer. Worst experience I've had renting from a company. They told us they would fix damage that was done before we moved in, they never did and then they charged us for it. The dishwasher was broken more often than it worked. Their front receptionist was one of the coldest people I have ever met working in a customer service position.
I can't speak for the maintenance team or actual property managers but the customer service j received from Amy was absolutely outstanding. She bent over backwards to help me find something, anything that would fit into my unique needs. Although she did not have anything available at real estate solutions she certainly referred me to a great apartment company. Wishing all the best for this company.
If zero stars were an option, I would put zero. This company is terrible in & out. Do not rent from this company because they will steal your money & not abide by their contracts. They have violated not once, but both rental contracts I had with them. The first time, I rented a unit with laminate flooring & they stole money from my deposit for carpet cleaning. I had a negative experience working with Real Estate Solutions in Eagle River. Perhaps the property managers are more attentive in Anchorage, closer to their main office. However, living in Eagle River I experienced a pattern of unorganized, forgetful and unreliable service from our property manager. Myself and other tenants had a called the property manager several times to explain the various problems in our apartment when we experienced a high influx of problematic tenants which lead to domestic violence, broken down veh... read more
