I had the company install a complete new system two years ago at a cost to me in the five figure range. Their work was done very well, however afterwards, I had problems with my primary heat pump/compressor which left me without AC for over a month this summer. REAL HVAC was an excellent company to work with from the initial quote to the final installation. They installed a system in my sister's home who has breathing issues. With the upcoming heat wave they went out of their way to do the install within a few days of receiving the quote. Brandon and Daryl, their installers, did a fantastic job. Two HVAC technicians, John and John, discovered on a prior inspection that our HVAC system had not been properly serviced in the past. They informed me that a complete inspection and cleaning of the unit was required in order to provide proper filtration of the system. The team (Kevin & Josh) arrived on time and went promptly to work. They answered all my questions and concerns and they were very professional, knowledgeable, and friendly. After they finished the water heater installation they checked everything out to make sure all was working properly, and that there was no mess left.
