We received excellent service from Hap Perry and Real Wood Floors. Hap was professional, knowledgeable and extremely attentive throughout the entire process. His expertise and his commitment to our satisfaction-knew no bounds. Hap was also extremely patient while we contemplated going from very dark floors to very light floors. I love my new den flooring - beautiful and durable! Both Hap P and Louis G were readily available for all my questions and involved from helping me choose the right flooring until everything was completed. My den went from the worst room to the best room - even my corgi agrees.
Their sales rep, Jessica Heyrman, has been very informative and helpful. She even meets with homeowners who can't decide on the color of their floors. I just wish my company did more flooring so I could give them more business. I Highly recommend!
