I reached out to Russ and Realm Blinds when I had been really let down by a big national blind/shutter company. Russ was friendly, approachable and understanding and helped me to get the blinds I wanted. Not only was his customer service a million times better than the company I had been dealing with but his prices were so much better too. Having only recently been made aware of Realm Blinds & Shutters I contacted Russ to ask if he would be willing to provide me with an independant expert opinion regarding two blinds that I have recently had fitted by a National Blinds company and which I am in dispute with regarding the supply & installation. Russ has just fitted blinds on 12 windows in my house. Absolutely amazing from start to finish and the quality of the blinds are unreal. Russ was very helpful and installation was quick, which I was so grateful for. Was unbeaten on price too.
