I have been very impressed with manager Susan Garcia at Parkway Towers, where where my husband and I own a rental. She has gone the extra mile in helping me, always with patience and empathy. She always responds to my questions very quickly and is very pleasant to deal with.
Beware! They flat out lied to me as my HOA. I run my business from home, due to covid hitting my business, I could not pay my HOA fees. I got more than a year behind so I called. They told me if I payed the prior year and then only owed the current year, I would be fine but still accrue the minor late fees. I paid the prior year as soon as I hung up the phone. 2 months later I get mail from a lawyer stating instead of the $150+ I now owe $1,000!
