I live in Weston Oaks. Deana Rizzo took over for another property manager. Deana has been professional when we have talked or emailed regarding unresolved issues or social committee items. During a volital resident meeting Deana handled the irrate homeowners with grace and professionalism.
I own 5 properties in Steubing Ranch and have been dealing with Real Manage for years. I own 25 homes and belong to several HOA's and in my opinion I would have rated Real Manage at the bottom of the list. That is until I worked with Cindi Sokoloff on several issues in our neighborhood. The process to getting the needed remediation was slow but that was due to the residents and not Cindi. She stayed on top of the issues and kept me informed pretty periodically about where we were at in remediation's.

I cannot get Lisa James, Senior Community Association manager to call me back regarding upcoming foundation repairs. I get cryptic non responses to emails which contradict prior information at best. DO NOT USE this property manager. They are unprofessional and unresponsive.
Not much to judge by but the internet offering is outdated. You can click on others personal documents including gate key codes in the document section. No direct contact or phone number for anybody actually connected to our community. Main number just goes to a call center not affiliated with real manage with no helpful info. No process for getting a new pool key. No notification on waste management schedules for the community. (HO manages bulk pick up). People are friendly enough but seem to be mediocre at the 3 or ... read more
I've not had a good experience with Real Manage recently I had a roof put on and the roofers left many roofers nails on top of my decks roof and the trim wasn't completely painted I've called Real Mange 3 times in the last two weeks&I'am still waiting on Nicole Livingston to come out with the roofers like she said she would& fix the problem.
They have the worse customer services staff, I called to reserve our clubhouse, I called Wednesday, Thursday and Friday to make sure Saturday was available for our club house. When I finally went to the office to pick up yes key and leave my deposit, they said the date I wanted was not available and has no longer been available as of last year, when it was booked. They lady had her calendar out and Saturday was not available but it was clear that Sunday and the following Saturday was available but when we asked for those day... read more
