Our home is where my parents raised me and my three sisters, it is where we all felt love as a family. So when we put my parents condo up for rental, we were recommended RGPM management. Rented a house managed by RGPM ~2020-2022. Worst property management I've ever dealt with. We didn't have heat for a month in Fall 2022 while they ran around trying to spend as little money as possible and keep the owners happy. Would advise anyone renting from them to Google 'Montgomery County MD DHCA Complaint Form' and keep that tab handy.
I would not recommend this company to rent from again. My wife and I have only renting a townhome for 6 days and there’s many issues from walls having holes in them, water leaks, dryer not connected to the vent so all the lint flys all over the place, lighting issues where lights will work for 30 to an hour then will cut off and not work for another hour before turning back on and let’s not forget how horrendous the customer service is, they do not answer calls, and they will stop contacting after one to two back and forth r... read more
