Beware of dealing with Suzan Walker. Suzan represented the buyers when we sold our house. After closing, some packages of ours were delivered to the home, but we didn’t learn about them for a month and a half after closing. My agent tried to reach out to arrange for the packages to be picked up once she learned about them, but Suzan never responded again.
