I had the pleasure of working with Joy Silva to purchase my first home. By far, the absolute worst agent ever. Agent came into our house while we were meeting with buyer, never offered to introduce himself, was most disrespectful and downright rude to we, the owners. We had to ask who he was/is, he only gave first name, had to ask what was his role among the group of individuals there; he said he was the buyer's realtor. I have had the pleasure to work with several Realty One agents in a number of ways. They are always professional, always positive, always a pleasure to work with. You can tell that the owners have established a wonderful environment and business culture for their team. It's no wonder Realty One is the fastest growing real estate company in New Mexico!
Did not disclose impending increase in HOA fees. Realtor lived in the development, was the listing agent, and knew of the septic system being end of life with a significant increase to the HOA fees pending. When I simply asked that future potential buyers were fully disclosed this information, both the owner and listing agent said they said they did nothing legally wrong. AVOID THIS COMPANY. I would not support their agents or listings as they do not operate in the best interest of the buyer.
Kimberly has gave us horrible service. Lee Taylor Realty group were very disrespectful to us. We have rented from them and I refused to buy a house through they because I feel they lack integrity because of my dealings with Lee Taylor and Kimberly.
