Dr. Rebecca Merritt is wonderful. She's extremely kind and compassionate. I felt very comfortable speaking with her and sharing my experiences. She's knowledgeable and provided thorough explanations. I highly recommend her to anyone seeking psychiatric care.
Dr. Merritt is the best therapist I've ever had. She has helped me work through my issues and done far more than anyone before her. I've been in counseling for 30 years and taken meds the same amount of time. She genuinely cares about her patients and has impacted my life and taught me more than I ever learned in that 30 years.
I look forward to my appointments. My physician listens to me, treats me with respect and I appreciate her feedback. Even if it is something I don't necessarily want to hear. I live my life now. I no longer hide in my house and for that I am so grateful. I have never had an issue logging into my video calls. I love the ease of the patient portal and the few times that I have called in the staff has been very kind and respectful.
Everyone that I have encountered in this company has been friendly and helpful and that is impressive. I would and have recommended them to my friends and family for their mental health needs.
Dr. May be the best around, but your veesee system only works 60% of the time and is hard to log into. Your patient portal never shows appointments. And, your message system only works on a day to day basis.
