This is NOT a review for Becca Reiss, this is a review concerning the scheduling of my reoccurring appointment that I have had for five years now. LifeStance's portal is inefficient and worthless. I should not have to call into the office to schedule an appointment. I should be able to do this on the LifeStance portal. You know, where I go to pay?
