Rebecca (Becca) and I have been working together for a little over half a year, and I have noticed significant improvement in my mental health. Between our traditional counseling and EMDR sessions I have been able to work through different levels of trauma and angst. If you to work with someone that doesn’t just tell you what it says to do in a book or “you just need to push yourself” I highly recommend Becca.
