Rebecca (Becca) and I have been working together for a little over half a year, and I have noticed significant improvement in my mental health. Between our traditional counseling and EMDR sessions I have been able to work through different levels of trauma and angst. If you to work with someone that doesn’t just tell you what it says to do in a book or “you just need to push yourself” I highly recommend Becca.

I have had 2 getting to know you starting sessions and I am hopeful I feel heard seen and hopeful after a few more of these weekly getting to know you and what im looking for apts we can start on a plan to work towards goals we identify together I look forward to learning more about myself in late diagnosis autism adhd at 41yrs old. Hopeful after 25+yrs in theraphy that I can actually achieve goals in a way thats best for me.
