First of all, the lady at the front desk whose name starts with an M is absolutely amazing. She was so friendly, welcoming, and had the best energy. I dropped my car off at 8:00 AM, and she honestly set the tone for the rest of my day. I’ve had my Tesla repaired at other shops before, and the experience was nowhere near as good. Super awesome repair/body shop! Went to the newer 100A ave location in Langley. The customer service reps (all levels) were beyond professional, super responsive, great personalities. They went over and above, working with insurance, dealing with our Tesla (other driver at fault), providing rental Tesla and far more. I believe they have a winning setup going! I was looking around for autobody shop to get the damage on my tesla repaired and decided to take it to Reborn on 101 Av. in Langley with no appointments after reading a lot of the great reviews.
