Traveled from out of state to see Dr. Shanno. Waiting on MRI orders poor service
A really positive experience all around. Friendly and helpful staff, prompt service and a very competent and agreeable surgeon. All my questions were answered in a manner that was easily understood and reassuring. Any anxiety and apprehension on my part was allayed by the competence and confidence of the surgeon and his description of the procedure and the recovery process calmed and reassured me. Friendly staff, prompt service, very competent and informative surgeon. All my questions were answered fully in a manner that was easily understood. And I truly felt that Dr Ragel sincerely had my best interests at heart. He conveyed to me his caring and concern for my welfare and he made me feel heard and his surgical plan was very reasonable.
