The best! Nicole is very friendly and welcoming in the lobby. Heather has been super helpful and easy to talk to. It’s really nice to be treated like a friend. Customer service has definitely declined in our world, but not here!! Appreciate y’all!
Since becoming a patient at Recharge Clinic, I'm down over 100 lbs, my blood pressure has normalized and off the meds, I have 100 times the energy I used to, and I chase my girl around like a 16 year old again!! Not only is my quality of life off the charts at 52, but I honestly believe these guys saved my life. I can't recommend them enough. 🙏 Also I need to give a special mention to Cathy. Nothing makes a patient feel important like someone knowing who they are when they walk into the office!
I've been going to RC for awhile now and the services and staff are amazing. Nicole, Kelly and Brandon are Best in class. They make sure feel welcomed and always make sure you are treated like a VIP. Don't waste your time going to other clinics where they treat you like a number.
I absolutely love the Recharge Clinic, but even more I love the north Ocala location. Rhonda and Nicole could not have been more professional and made me feel at home. I will continue to go to this location because of them great experience!
I paid for 10 units of botox and a filler valued at over 750 dollars 2 years ago and now they will only honor 350 dollars of it! Does this seem fair to anyone?? It's still a 750 credit of cash money I paid them. What kind of place treates people this way? It was a total of 895 dollars and YOUR TEAM should let people know about 1 year expiration when products you use are for up to 2 years. As of August of 2024, you were going to honor my purchase.
