I chose this clinic to be my primary healthcare facility, but TWICE they screwed me in the last couple of months. In Feb, I called the pharmacy for a medication refill. A few mins later they returned my call to verify my shipping address so they could send my meds. Two weeks later my meds still hadn't arrived so I called them back. A very nice place, always greeted in a friendly manner by Brie(Brianna). She is truly a people person. She can communicate with any and every type of human that could possibly walk in there. She seems to make anyone feel comfortable, at ease and like she really likes for them to be there. She's such a joy. I've observed her with all types of clients and she's able to manage them all! My husband and I have been going to the Recharge Clinic in Lady Lake for almost a year now. The first thing I see when I walk in is Brianna with that big smile on her face and that just makes my day! Brianna sets the tone for the rest of your visit, she knows who you are and she treats you like VIP. The office is beautiful. The staff are caring, kind and truly care about your well-being. Brianna is the sweetest ever. I never have to worry about making my next appointment, making payments, etc. She greets me every time with the biggest smile ever and a genuine " so glad to see you!! ". I love Recharge Clinic and she is just one of the .any reasons why!!!!
